About My Clients
When the past continues to intrude upon the present, it often manifests as a persistent sense of hyper-vigilance or a 'loss of self.' If you are navigating the aftermath of betrayal trauma or high-conflict relationship, you know that traditional anxiety management isn't always enough. My approach as a PhD-level practitioner is deeply trauma-informed, focusing on nervous system regulation and the deconstruction of old survival patterns. Together, we work to restore your your sense of safety.
My Background and Approach
I bridge the gap between "Here and Now" action and long-term structural healing: Action-Oriented (CBT, CPT, & Cognitive Restructuring): We target the "mind-reading" and "all-or-nothing" distortions that fuel anxiety and trauma. Utilizing Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), we dismantle unhelpful beliefs regarding safety and trust. Depth & Attachment-Based: We explore your foundational "internal map" and Attachment Style to decode your response to coercive control and emotional volatility in partners. Jungian-Informed: For those seeking profound self-discovery, we examine the unconscious patterns and "shadow" elements influencing your life’s narrative.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When you’re carrying anxiety, relationship stress, or a deep sense of loneliness. You may find yourself overthinking or questioning your worth. You might long for meaningful connections but feel unsure how to build or maintain them. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection. Together, we work to understand patterns that may be holding you back. I use an integrative approach grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and build effective coping skills. I also incorporate mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and here-and-now approaches to support insight, emotional balance, and meaningful personal growth. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own.
