My Background and Approach
I provide an environment that treats the whole person, getting to the root causes rather than treating just the symptoms and ignoring underlying causes of mental health issues. My philosophy about mental and emotional health is that it is a key component in our overall health and wellness. As a LMFT and CIMHP, I am dedicated to an integrative and holistic way of treating and interacting with clients. My focus in session is on mental health, specific nutrition, stress management and various theories/ strategies to help. Additionally, as a previous school counselor for 10 years, I also specialize in working with children and adolescents, school/education consulting and offering parental supports and guidance.
