I specialize in treating women who are tired of it being so much work to be happy. My approaches best fit with clients who are motivated to get to the bottom of what’s going on and work to resolve the issues with EMDR and CBT. I believe in compassion first with a focus on time limited treatment so that no one feels stuck in therapy forever.
