If you are seeking guidance with improving your well-being help is here. As a therapist I believe you have the ability to find peace and I only seek to provide you with the necessary tools. I believe in empowering others and encouraging you to be the person that you have always sought to be. Many times we feel lost or broken but simply put this is not the way we want to define ourselves. By redefining ones belief system each of us have the ability to improve.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in varying populations from the inpatient setting assisting with severe mental disorders, to the outpatient environment assisting individuals with a varying list of diagnosis. I understand the stigma associated with mental health and believe in helping others to redefine what mental well-being truly is. If you are ready to take control of your happiness and find the peace that your desire happiness awaits you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all are entitled to happiness and equality. I believe in empowerment and the ability to heal oneself from within. I support inclusivity and discourage exclusivity. We are here together and must work side by side in our pursuit of happiness.
