The goal is to try and work through the stressors of life and the issues that my clients are experiencing in order for them to achieve the highest level of quality of life. My objective is to collaborate with them to identify solutions and support them to ensure their lives and relationships with others become stronger. It can sometimes be difficult to contend with the demands that our 24/7 society imposes on everyone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work alongside families and individuals. They often have had over time difficulties with depression, anxiety, or addictions. These issues influence their quality of life as well as affect the lives of those who are close to them, whether that is friends, family, or coworkers. The goal is to identify a solution that can improve the person's quality of life and that of the others they interact
