About My Clients
My clients are often creatives, professionals, and high-achieving individuals who are balancing a lot. They may be navigating demanding careers, pursuing big personal or artistic goals, or managing chronic health challenges. From the outside, they often appear capable and driven—but internally, they may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to sustain their pace without burning out. Many are trying to find a sense of balance while still striving to be their best selves.
My Background and Approach
Throughout my career—from the ER to group practice—I’ve honed tools to help people find balance. Whether we use CBT to reframe thoughts, mindfulness to ground you, or DBT-informed techniques for emotional regulation, I aim to equip you with strategies you can carry into daily life. I focus on solution-focused brief therapy, and when helpful, expressive arts. My goal is for you to leave with techniques you can rely on—building confidence and creating relief wherever you go.
