About My Clients
I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths, and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things in a different, healthier way. I also am extremely passionate in giving back to the mental health community by providing consultation, supervision, or treatment to the field.
My Background and Approach
Throughout my years of practice, I have worked as a therapist and evaluator in a variety of levels of care such as nursing homes, intensive outpatient programs, community-based programs, community mental health, and forensic settings. I work closely with individuals to build a collaborative and trusting relationship in order to provide compassion, safety, security, and a solution to their problems. It is both a pleasure and honor to assist my clients in regaining a sense of hope and control in their lives by identifying the deeper causes of what may be holding you back and give you tools to move forward. Some areas of concern for clients I serve are emotion regulation, depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma.
