Life can change in an instant- a diagnosis, and injury, an accident, or illness. Do you experience overwhelming fear, grief, anger, stress, exhaustion or isolation as a result? Whether you’re the one going through a life-changing event firsthand, or a family caregiver carrying so much alongside, it may be difficult to see a path forward. It isn’t about ‘getting over it.’ It’s about finding the strength and resilience you didn’t know you had, and holding on to hope, even when it feels impossible.

My approach emphasizes creating a safe and compassionate space by blending grief and trauma informed care practices with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We’ll work together to create a plan to explore adaptive skills to support you in healing, coping, and rediscovering hope in the face of circumstances you never would have chosen. I'm here to listen and understand your unique journey, and help create a space for you to breathe, rest, and share what you've been holding inside. I want you to know that your story, your pain, and your inner strength matter. Whatever you're carrying, you do not need to carry it alone!
