My Background and Approach

I received my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Akron & am a licensed clinical counselor with supervisor designation with 7+ years of experience. I am a certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I have experience with narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, Gestalt, mindfulness, LGBTQIA+, & more.
