About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, perfectionism, and identity exploration. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+ or seeking a safe, affirming space to feel understood. Together, we untangle stuck patterns, process old wounds, and build deeper self-trust. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and create lasting change that feels grounded, compassionate, and true to you.
My Background and Approach
With over 20 years of experience, I help adults navigate trauma, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, direct, and trauma-informed, creating a safe, affirming space where you can be fully seen. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help you untangle stuck patterns, process old wounds, and build lasting emotional resilience. For many clients, therapy isn’t just about symptom relief — it’s about reconnecting with your authentic self, developing self-trust, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, using tools tailored to your needs so you can feel more grounded, more alive, and more like yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is possible for everyone, no matter where you are in your journey. Our struggles are often responses to what we’ve lived through — ways we’ve learned to survive. That means we can also learn new ways to live, relate, and care for ourselves. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in your unique story. As a queer therapist, I know how powerful it can be to feel fully seen and understood. I hold space for all of your intersections, your resilience, and your becoming. Change isn’t about becoming someone else — it’s about coming home to yourself.
