About My Clients
Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, pressure, or emotional overwhelm. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. I aim to make that process feel approachable and comfortable from the start.
My Background and Approach
I offer psychotherapy services to those living in all of Tennessee, New Jersey, Virginia, and Washington D.C. through a virtual platform and walk and talk sessions to those local to Atoka, TN. My approach is grounded, supportive, and collaborative. I work with clients to better understand their patterns, manage anxiety, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels more steady and sustainable. My certification in perinatal mental health has given me the experience working with women through the challenges related to pregnancy, infertility, and the postpartum period. I have experience helping both young adults and adults through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and other mental health challenges. I also have a soft spot for working with military spouses, as I am one myself, and can understand the unique challenges they may face with relocation, separations from loved ones, employment changes, etc.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I’m not in the therapy space, you can find me spending quality time with my family and friends. I also enjoy reading books; I love a good psychological thriller or historical fiction novel. On weekends, I like to explore new cities, restaurants, and binge my favorite TV shows.
