About My Clients
I work with clients seeking support with religious trauma, addiction, inner child healing, somatic empowerment, shadow work, mindfulness approach, CBT, codependency, Complex PTSD, and parts work. I work with the LGBTQIA+ community, victims of physical and/or sexual assault, and individuals who are gender-fluid and trans, BDSM-kinky, poly/non-monogamous, and any person wanting healing in general.
My Background and Approach
My history working with EMDR, somatic embodiment, inner child healing, shadow work, mindfulness, CBT, and parts work has been both extensive and profound. Over the years, I have supported individuals navigating addiction, codependency, Complex PTSD, and religious trauma, helping clients process painful experiences, reconnect with themselves, and create healthier patterns. This long-standing experience has deepened my understanding of how trauma lives in the body and mind, and how healing happens through compassion, safety, and empowered self-awareness. My years working with the LGBTQIA+ community have been very meaningful and transformative. I have cultivated an affirming, nonjudgmental, trauma-informed approach that honors each person’s identity and lived experience. I welcome anyone seeking healing, growth, and a more authentic connection to themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone is capable of healing with personalized and adaptable formulas for growth, and meaningful change. No matter where you are in your journey, I think that with the right support, insight, and tools, transformation is not only possible but fun! I am obsessed with learning about the human experience and what makes people tick. I've been called a zombie on more than one occasion due to my obsession with human brains.
