My Background and Approach
The systemic therapy approach is holistic and integrative, recognizing that each individual exists in the context of the relationships around them. Therapy can be a useful tool for personal growth as well as resolving relationship or communication problems; often the decision to begin therapy is a step towards more self-awareness and authentic living. Therapy provides the time and space for you to process your emotions and thoughts, as well as gain new insights into your life and relationships.
