About My Clients
My life journey has led me to provide services in Spanish and English, work with children/teens/adults, and support survivors of abuse and violence. Other common challenges that my clients want to work on include anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
My background includes a masters degree and full social work license. I have worked with many ages from children to senior citizens and love supporting clients to achieve their goals! Therapy trainings I’ve completed include CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, CPT, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing. I also am a certified grief informed professional.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am gender and sexual orientation affirming. I myself identify as a cisgender female and heterosexual. My religious identity is Christian, but I also utilize Buddhist practices and spirituality tools!
