It's so important to have safe spaces to share parts of ourselves that we feel uncomfortable confronting on our own. How I Can Help You
My primary goal is to offer relatable and compassionate support while also giving you tools and resources to heal and grow on your journey. Sessions are focused on uncovering the blocks that are keeping you stuck, set boundaries to create healthier relationships, confront limiting beliefs, and get to the root of why you're feeling the way you are. I guide clients to build language around what they are experiencing so they can feel empowered to create a new story. My approach is integrative which means combining several different modalities depending on the client. Together we target the challenges you are facing and help you find ways to reduce and/or manage them in a healthier way.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
If you're looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do, I am not the right therapist for you. If you are wanting someone to ask the right questions to allow you to open up and potentially see things from a different perspective then your own lens, I could be a good fit for you. I believe that we have the answer to almost anything deep within ourselves. We've just collected so much unwanted stuff that its hard to hear our own voice.
