How I Can Help You
My primary goal is to offer relatable and compassionate support while also giving you tools and resources to heal and grow on your journey. Weekly sessions are focused on helping you find ways reduce anxiety, create healthier relationships, confront limiting beliefs, and live more authentically. My approach is integrative which means combining several different modalities depending on the client. Together we target the challenges you are facing and help you find ways to reduce and/or manage them in a healthier way.
My Values as a Therapist
Without knowing our own values, we are easily influenced by those around us. We fall into patterns of comparison, people pleasing, and thoughts that limit us. One of the reasons we become lost in our search to find our true selves is because we have been taking on the beliefs and values of those around us. Even when they don't align with who we are, we tend to conform to who others want us to be. Integrity, boundaries, holism, growth, inclusion and freedom to support you in exploring your own values and beliefs are the foundation of my therapeutic relationship with my clients.
