About My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. This includes child loss, baby loss, adult child loss, and complex grief experiences. I work with children, teens, and adults, including therapists and caregivers who are used to supporting others but need a space of their own. My clients are often individuals that feel overwhelmed internally seeking a place where they can process, feel understood, and begin to heal at their own.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized experience in grief, trauma, and life transitions. My work has been deeply shaped by my role in hospice care, where I support individuals and families through some of the most vulnerable and meaningful moments of life. My approach is gentle, relational, and grounded. I draw from trauma-informed care, parts work, and mindfulness-based practices to help you understand your internal world and move at a pace that feels safe. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about creating space to process, integrate, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are navigating loss, anxiety, identity shifts, or emotional overwhelm, I aim to provide a steady, compassionate presence where you can feel seen, supported, and not alone in what you are carrying.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in a client-centered, trauma-informed approach where each individual is met with respect, compassion, and curiosity. I view symptoms not as problems, but as meaningful responses to life experiences. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and feel more connected to their lives and relationships.
