About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I has several years of clinical experience in multiple levels of care including outpatient, residential, intensive in community, and partial care. My experience allows me to help individuals and families in many phases of treatment and do so confidently. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Based Family Therapy, Nurturing Parenting and Anger Management. I have a passion for what I do and aim to provide excellent service. I graduated from Mary Baldwin College and Rutgers University. I created Hope 2 Whole to bring quality, ethical and compassionate psychotherapy to the community. Being a Hispanic American I takes pride in being culturally informed and strength based in my practice. I seeks to find the best ways to reach my clients, help them feel comfortable and identify ways to reach their goals. I look forward to working with you! Your journey to become whole starts now!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe anyone can change and become the best version of themselves once they are able to self reflect, see the many perspectives of others and identify what is most important to them. Each and every person needs a place to belong and a support system. I am involved in the community helping people find the resources they need to achieve their personal goals and ensure their basic needs are met. I believe in inclusivity and welcoming people of all genders, sexualities, religions, cultural backgrounds and economic status. As we work together I can learn about what matters to you and will be open to sharing my knowledge, interest and passions with you.
