About My Clients
You’re a high-achieving, capable adult who’s always managed things on your own — yet lately you may feel drained, overwhelmed, unfocused, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe work pressure has been building, a major transition is unfolding, or you’ve been “pushing through” for too long. You want more than quick fixes—you want support that helps you slow down, reflect on what’s been weighing on you, and reconnect with a steadier, more grounded version of yourself.
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in a fast-paced engineering environment. I understand the pressure to perform, to stay “on,” and to keep meeting expectations even when you’re exhausted. My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. Together we look at what’s fueling your stress, burnout, or overwhelm, and build practical tools you can use right away. I also incorporate deeper relational and emotional work so change feels sustainable, not just surface-level.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel supportive, grounding, and human—not rushed or clinical. I see stress and burnout as understandable responses to pressure, not personal flaws. My goal is to offer a calm, steady space where you can slow down, be honest about how you’re really doing, and explore new ways of relating to work, rest, and yourself.
