My Background and Approach
Through our work together, my clients and I develop a realistic picture of where things stand now and a vision of where they want to be. With this vision in mind we develop a mindset, behaviors, and the power to move toward where they want to be. Out of being stuck and toward relief, progress, and the vision created of a better life. My training in Hypnosis, NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), BrainSpotting, and Mindfulness Techniques contain the tools you'll learn to use to empower yourself to make the changes you seek.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Self-Compassion and Self-Acceptance drive me and my practice. So many clients sit before me and reflect on what's wrong with them. I often wish they'd see what I see and see what is right with them. From this perspective we look at strengths, abilities, and the skills already in place and build upon those to get to where we are trying to get.
