About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples seeking support for relationship challenges, personal growth, anxiety, and life transitions. My ideal clients want compassionate guidance, faith-integrated, with an evidence-based approach. I help individuals and couples strengthen communication, build resilience, and gain clarity in life and relationships, providing a safe, supportive space to grow.
My Background and Approach
I am Christina Poe, LCSW, a licensed clinical psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples. I specialize in individual counseling and couples therapy, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and faith-integrated approaches when requested, to help clients heal, grow, and build stronger relationships. Having been married for 19 years, I understand firsthand the challenges and joys of long-term partnerships. I have extensive experience guiding clients through relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and emotional healing. My clinical expertise, combined with a compassionate and empowering approach, allows me to provide practical tools and spiritual support so clients can gain clarity, strengthen connections, and achieve emotional resilience. I create a safe, confidential space where clients can explore challenges, develop coping skills, and walk confidently toward their goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a Christian therapist who integrates faith and mental health to help clients find clarity, healing, and purpose. I value empathy, integrity, and empowerment, and I am passionate about helping individuals and couples strengthen relationships, build resilience, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. I support causes related to mental health awareness, family wellness, and community service. Outside of therapy, I have been married for 19 years, enjoy family life, and mentor others in both spiritual and personal development.
