About My Clients
I have served a wide range of client concerns-from Bipolar Disorder, Oppositional Defiance, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, life skills, etc. I have worked with elementary-aged children and above, all the way up to senior adults. I enjoy serving clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.
My Background and Approach
I received a Doctor of Ministry in Counseling from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. I received my masters in clinical mental health counseling from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary. I received my Bachelors in Elementary and Middle Grades Education from Lee University. I have worked in residential settings, intensive in-home services, intensive outpatient services for substance use, as a registered behavior technician for youth with autism, and as a Multisystemic Therapy/Clinician, doing individual sessions, family sessions, and sessions with community partners. I have experience in conducting assessments. I have a positive and strengths focused approach. I have used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family therapy, trauma-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, Gestalt therapy, and more.
