Christina's goal is to create a safe and authentic connection for all to explore life’s challenges by using some humor and creativity. Treatment is a healing process. Through awareness and practice, you have the ability to increase acceptance in your own life and enjoy the benefits it can bring. She is dedicated and determined to help break the stigma about mental health.
My Background and Approach
Christina uses CBT, DBT and family systems approach to treat the person in context of their family system. As your professional secret keeper, I aim to walk along this journey with you and provide you with a safe place to talk, decompress, and heal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Being part of Ellie Mental Health Warrington, Our goal is to make getting mental health care the norm. And while we know that going to therapy and being vulnerable with someone you just met can seem scary, we do everything we can to make each session as comfortable and fun as possible.
