About My Clients
I support clients who may be struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma. During our initial sessions it's important that you feel safe, supported and understood and we'll work together to figure out a plan that you're in control of to make those big feelings not feel as big. You did the hardest part just by showing up, and we're in this together.
My Background and Approach
If you’re a young adult, teen, or someone in between feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or just not like yourself lately—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself either. I specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. Whether you're dealing with intense emotions, overthinking everything, shutting down, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t quite break, therapy can be a space to finally make sense of it. I’m trained and use a mixture of ARC, MI, CBT, Rogerian, and EMDR, these provide a powerful approach to help process trauma and reduce the emotional weight of past experiences. I also focus on attachment and nervous system regulation—basically helping your brain and body feel safer, more grounded, and more in control.

But therapy with me isn’t just clinical—it’s real. I show up as a human first. That means I’ll meet you where you’re at, without judgment, and yes—sometimes with humor...because life is hard, and we can acknowledge that without making therapy feel heavy all the time. We’ll figure it out together.
