About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, high stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed while managing daily responsibilities and want support in understanding their emotions and developing healthier coping skills. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can process experiences, build resilience, and regain a sense of balance and control.
My Background and Approach
I am a National Certified Counselor with experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and high stress. My background includes providing therapy in clinical and community-based settings, supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and difficult experiences. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and trauma-informed care. I help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and experiences influence their well-being while developing practical tools to improve emotional regulation and coping. I take a supportive, collaborative approach and tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs and goals. My focus is on helping clients build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I value authenticity, compassion, and meeting each client where they are in their journey. I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful change. My goal is to help clients build confidence, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more empowered in their lives.
