I began my journey as a therapist at Salve Regina University in 2012. I was drawn to the whole-person approach—the idea that there is an inseparable connection between our minds, physical bodies, and spiritual selves, each deeply intertwined with one another. That the experiences of our past have a strong influence on the person we are today. One cannot simply address a single aspect of oneself without considering the all of the pieces of the puzzle.
As your therapist, I strive to provide a safe, warm, and welcoming environment that allows you to feel like you can be who you truly are without fear of judgement. I use integrative modalities with a holistic, trauma-informed approach to help support and gently encourage you along the path before you. At times, you might even decide to blaze a whole new trail you never thought possible! At each step of the way, my goal is to help you learn to listen to your body’s wisdom and live in greater alignment with your authentic self.
