About My Clients

Therapy can be intimidating. I don't believe in having a "diagnosis" in order to justify therapy... there are benefits to even the mentally strong. Much like cars need a tune up, people need to often make mental health a priority! Whether it be a major life change, difficulty in relationships, or feeling like something is missing... I am here to listen, help, and support you through your journey. With experience in helping small children to the young at heart, I tailor my work to fit your needs.

My Background and Approach

I have worked with many different populations, both in my personal life and professional work. As a minority, I think there is a special perspective when it comes to handling life's challenges through a lens where the majority may not even be aware of. As a first generation Asian American, I can also appreciate the struggles my clients may face with trying to find their own identity while also trying to honor the traditions and beliefs their parents and ancestors may still expect of them. Together, I will meet you with where you are at on your journey and help you find the answers you have within yourself. Our sessions are more like a conversation where you feel comfortable and can hopefully let your guard down. Thank you for sharing your life with me. :)
