About My Clients
Often times, clients come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, unsure of how to navigate it all on their own. They may be overthinking constantly, doubt themselves or have trouble managing emotions. Because of this, we work collaboratively together to help make sense of what they've been feeling and find tools that can help.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety that shows up in their school, work or relationships. Together we can work on helping you find ways to decrease anxiety, feel confident and set healthy boundaries. In my practice I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate mindfulness to help you be better aware of where your thoughts and feelings stem from. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a first generation Latinx female and always practice from a culturally conscious mindset. I believe it's always important to look at the whole person/picture and enjoy spending time getting to know my clients so I can provide them with therapy that is best catered to their specific needs. I want clients to feel that they are in a space that is open and free of judgement. This should be your safe space.
