My sessions are collaborative and client-centered; I want you to feel safe to speak up and know you are being heard. My approach is based on my specialized experienced working with families in distress, young adults, and leading community based mental health interventions for at-risk populations. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that wellness is more than just the absence of physical pain or disease. Mental healthcare is healthcare and should be addressed as such. Everyone can benefit from bettering their insight into themselves, how they process things, and how they interact with others. Being mentally fit is key to leading a quality life and that starts with acknowledging the importance of mental wellness.
