About My Clients
I work with adults/teens/children who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what comes next. You might be navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, or feeling disconnected from yourself. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We'll work together to understand what's going on and find practical ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and provide therapy through telehealth. My approach is primarily cognitive behavioral, with person-centered and brief solution-focused approaches woven in. I believe therapy should be collaborative and feel like a place where you can be honest without worrying about being judged. Together, we'll look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect, while also paying attention to the bigger picture of your relationships and life experiences. My goal isn't to tell you what you should do. It's to help you better understand yourself, recognize the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools that fit your life. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship difficulties, a major transition, or simply feeling stuck, we'll focus on meaningful changes that help you move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
