About My Clients
I work with adults impacted by trauma and relational wounds who want to feel more grounded and confident in themselves. You may struggle with boundaries, people pleasing, self doubt, or feeling unsafe in relationships. Many of my clients are processing religious harm or leaving faith traditions and want support rebuilding trust in themselves, their values, and their ability to choose what feels right for them.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and work with adults navigating trauma, religious harm, and relational wounds. My approach is trauma informed, collaborative, and paced around what feels safe for you. I use EMDR and other evidence based tools to help clients process painful experiences so they feel less stuck in the past and more present in their lives. Clients often tell me our work helps them feel more grounded, less ashamed, and more connected to their values. I aim to create a calm, affirming space where you can be honest, move at your own pace, and build real change that lasts beyond the therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in creating a therapy space that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in social justice. I support LGBTQ+ clients and those impacted by systemic harm or spiritual abuse. I am committed to ongoing learning around equity, trauma informed care, and ethical practice. My values center on compassion, understanding, and honoring each person’s lived experience. You deserve care that respects your identity, your boundaries, and your right to define your own path forward.
