I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help teens process a specific traumatic or stressful event.

Does your teen frequently worry, struggle at school, or avoid social situations? I use Collaborative Problem Solving to help teens build critical thinking skills to manage their anxiety and generally strengthen their relationships with others.

Has your teen experienced a stressful or traumatic event that is affecting their daily functioning? Stressful events may include: experiencing violence, accidents, death of a loved one, stressful medical issues, abuse. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) which helps teens build a sense of safety, calm the body and process the event they experienced.

Does your teen frequently worry, struggle at school, or avoid social situations? I am trained in Collaborative Problem Solving to help teens build critical thinking skills to manage their anxiety and generally strengthen their relationships with others.

Does your teen lack confidence, feel down on themselves or have low motivation? I use narrative therapy and client-centered therapy to help teens build self-esteem and a strong sense of self, so they feel happier and healthier.
