About My Clients
Together, we can journey toward a better understanding of who you are and how you show up in relationships while making space for emotional growth that honors your personal values and aligns with your worldview. We humans spend a lot of time and effort tending to our "outsides"- going to the gym, eating healthy, etc. Maybe you're realizing that your insides have been a little neglected and might benefit from some healing and attention, too.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed social worker with a background in mental health and substance misuse. I use a collaborative process and evidence based interventions to help you navigate your personal journey. I am also a divorced mom of two sons, a mid-life career changer, and a musician, and I bring these life experiences into my practice as well.
