We humans spend a lot of time and effort tending to our "outsides"- going to the gym, eating healthy, etc. Maybe you're realizing that your insides have been a little neglected and might benefit from some healing and attention, too.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed social worker with a background in mental health and substance misuse. I use a collaborative process and evidence based interventions to help you navigate your personal journey. I am also a divorced mom of two sons, a mid-life career changer, and a musician, and I bring these life experiences into my practice as well.
