Micro Current Neurofeedback (MCN) is an extremely low strength electrical current (microcurrent) that is highly effective in reducing the symptoms of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorders, attention deficit disorder, substance use, autism, concussion and traumatic brain injury. In addition to relieving psychiatric symptoms, MCN has also been used for optimizing brain health.
My Background and Approach
I am an IASIS certified Micro Current Neurofeedback practitioner. I have a passion for helping individuals shake their unhelpful thought patterns, find a sense of clarity and help them to see how malleable and flexible their brain really is. Through my own journey suffering from a serious car accident and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), I understood quickly the impact that expertise and connection have when people are struggling with medical and mental health issues. And the impact microcurrent neuro feedback can have.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I contract with growgood psychology- a practice that is inclusive and individualized at the same time. I identify as a LGBTQI Ally(s), Inclusivity and Equality Based Practitioner (and person), Anti-racism student, Trauma Informed - but above all, human, just like you.
