About My Clients
Have you ever felt like no one truly understands what it's like to balance family expectations, cultural values, relationships, work, and your own mental health? Maybe you've spent years putting everyone else's needs first and now feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained. Therapy can be a place where your experiences are understood and respected. Together, we'll work toward healing, greater self-understanding, and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe healing begins when you feel safe, understood, and supported. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you manage life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you while building skills that promote lasting growth. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and person-centered therapy. My work is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, recognizing that culture, family & life experiences play an important role in the healing process. My goal is not only to help you find relief from your current struggles but also to help you build resilience, strengthen your relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing looks different for everyone. My role is to meet you where you are, honor your unique story, and work collaboratively to help you reach your goals. As a bilingual, culturally responsive therapist, I recognize that our culture, family experiences, and identities shape how we navigate life's challenges. I strive to create an environment where every client feels respected, valued, and empowered.
