About My Clients
I work with adults who may feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, unfocused, or unlike themselves. I support people navigating ADHD, insomnia, life transitions, low motivation, and mood changes. You may be seeking clarity, balance, improved focus, or a safe place to be heard. My ideal clients value a collaborative relationship and an individualized plan that respects their experiences, goals, and preferred pace. If you are beginning treatment or looking for a more supportive approach, I am here.
My Background and Approach
I’m Christina Braddy, a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of healthcare experience. My background as a family nurse practitioner gives me broad understanding of how physical health, sleep, stress, medications, and life circumstances can influence emotional well-being. As a PMHNP, I specialize in adult psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and personalized treatment planning for anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, and mood changes. I believe effective care begins with feeling heard. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, priorities, and goals so we can make informed decisions together. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in evidence-based care. Whether you are starting treatment, considering medication, or looking for a provider who will listen, my goal is to help you gain clarity, improve daily functioning, and feel more confident moving forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect—regardless of their background, identity, diagnosis, or stage of life. Mental health care should feel safe, approachable, and free from shame. I value honesty, open communication, cultural humility, and shared decision-making, and I strive to create a space where you can be your authentic self. I believe meaningful progress does not always happen overnight. Small, sustainable changes can make a significant difference, and your treatment should reflect your individual needs rather than follow a one-size-fits-all approach. I am committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and helping people feel more comfortable seeking support. Outside of practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, discovering great food, and embracing the everyday moments that bring balance and joy. These values shape the way I care for my clients—with warmth, patience, and genuine understanding.
