I serve clients who have or are currently suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, or any sort of trauma. I work with people ages 18 and up.

My goal is to provide you with the tools you need to face many of life’s challenges. I use a mindfulness techniques in addition to CBT to help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress.
