About My Clients
We work together. As long as you put in the time and make the commitment, I will provide the skills, strategies, and approaches needed in the process. Mental Health Minds works on finding your peace of mind. I have worked in the field of social work over 25 years. I have been trained to work with adults, adolescents, and families using Trauma Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
My Background and Approach
The approaches I use in my counseling sessions are the strength based approach, nurtured heart approach, trauma attuned therapy, and mindfulness. I also use cognitive behavior therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal belief is that if you have the will to change and you put the work into it, you will make the changes you so desire. Although it can be tricky at times, if you believe in yourself and you don’t give up on yourself , you can and will achieve amazing things. It might sound optimistic as it should.
