My Background and Approach
My approach is strength-based; meeting a client where they are and helping identify areas they would like to explore. My integrative approach allows me to use a blend of evidenced-based theories and modalities tailored to your goals. I use EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and Mindfulness stress reduction to help you heal in a more holistic way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a clinical social worker, I've been trained and I'm passionate about providing a safe space that is inclusive and accessible. All are welcome, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and all abilities/disabilities. I have 19 years of experience working with people from all walks of life. I'm here to help and would be honored to assist you on your journey to feeling better.
