About My Clients
If life no longer makes sense—or the ways you've always navigated it no longer seem to work - we're likely a good fit. Many of my clients are the dependable ones, quietly carrying responsibility at work, at home, or in their relationships. From the outside they appear capable, while inside they're exhausted and questioning themselves, their relationships, their work, or even their faith. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shaped your story.
My Background and Approach
Relational. Resilient. Restored. Your life experience is shaped by your relationships—with family, partners, colleagues, friends, your faith community, and even yourself. When those relationships no longer make sense, life often doesn't either. Maybe work has become heavier than it used to be. Perhaps your relationships feel disconnected, your faith has become more complicated, or you no longer recognize yourself. Those moments of disorientation are where I do my best work. I believe transformation begins by understanding the story beneath the struggle. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in business and healthcare. Today, my work is grounded in two perspectives: relationships and neurobiology. Together, we'll explore the patterns shaping your experiences while understanding how your brain and nervous system influence the way you think, feel, and respond. My style is collaborative, conversational, and focused on helping you discover a path forward that fits you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with a wide range of concerns, but I'm especially drawn to the moments when life no longer makes sense. Sometimes that's because of anxiety, grief, trauma, relationships, or professional stress. Other times it's because your beliefs no longer seem to fit the life you've lived. You may know what no longer feels true but not yet know what does. My role isn't to tell you what to believe. It's to create space for honest questions, thoughtful exploration, and a way of moving forward that feels integrated, authentic, and consistent with your deepest values.
