Life can have challenging moments, especially going through different transitions, and it can be difficult to know how to move forward. I am dedicated to listening carefully and offering insight with compassion. We all need many support systems and I will be there through this journey. My areas of focus include couples, families, young adults, and adolescents. I individualize treatment and provide each client the best plan for personal growth.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is different for each individual from cognitive behavior, dialectical behavior and psychodynamic. I have worked with individuals and couples and have had the opportunity to work in mental health care within the school district. Working inside the school district allowed me to help students and families through difficult times.
