About My Clients

My Background and Approach
When you work with me, you get an experienced EMDR therapist who practices what she teaches. I know from doing my own hard work to break free from my past, that your greatest fear is that you won’t live up to your potential. I offer EMDR Intensives to help Adult Children of Alcoholics/Dysfunctional Families clear emotional blocks so that they can achieve their career goals without the insecurity and self-doubt. You don't have to spend years in therapy to get real results. And this time you don't have to figure it out by yourself. I will support you through the sometimes-challenging-but-so-worth-it process of resolving old self-defeating beliefs so that you can finally put the past behind you and step into your unique greatness. We will work together to put you back in control.
