About My Clients
My practice focuses on individual counseling. Clients frequently present with symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, relationship problems, family conflicts, grief, life transition concerns, and other issues. Areas of special interest are: perinatal mental health (new moms), seniors with various life transitions, and emerging adults.
My Background and Approach
I am down-to-earth, relatable and genuine. I believe therapy is beneficial to everyone. The cornerstone of my educational training and professional philosophy is to meet my clients where they are at. I utilize evidence-based treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my practice. My clients set their own goals and we identify ways to achieve them. I look forward to meeting you.
