About My Clients
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feeling disconnected from themselves or others. I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, cultures, gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and life experiences. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your whole self, without judgment, and feel genuinely seen and understood.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. My approach is attachment-focused, somatic, and mindfulness-based, with an emphasis on understanding the connection between your experiences, relationships, body, and nervous system. I draw from EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, yoga, and other approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. I’m also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic integration. For KAP, I collaborate with licensed medical providers who prescribe ketamine; I do not prescribe medication myself. I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to understand what you need, build greater self-awareness and capacity, and find ways of relating to yourself and others that feel more grounded and authentic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are shaped by their relationships, experiences, culture, and the environments they live in, and that we all deserve to be met with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest, explore what is difficult, and feel accepted as you are. I don’t believe there is one right way to live, heal, or move through the world. I respect each person’s identity, values, relationships, and lived experience, and I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offer a different perspective when helpful, and create space for you to better understand yourself and what matters to you.
