If you've experienced stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, or any emotional turmoil, you might wonder whether it's possible to enjoy life and feel content again. With support from a judgement free space, BIPOC friendly environment, and tools I offer through Individual Counseling, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Trauma-informed Therapy, I walk with you through the work of self-discovery and acceptance, so you can heal past traumas, regulate emotions, and finally feel hopeful about your future.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with committed individuals, youth, young adults, and adults, who experience mental health concerns, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, mood disorders, stress management, and relationship concerns. My work is versatile as I utilize my passions and experience to support individuals to make positive progress towards their goals. I am direct in my communication and focus on collaborating with you to address current concerns and exploring the root of an issue. The emphasis of our work is on collaboration, as I believe you should direct the pace of the work. My goal for you is to have a better understanding of self and at least three tools and techniques to address any emotional and relational concerns.
