About My Clients
My ideal client would be someone who has a need and want to obtain professional health from a therapist. No issue is too big or too small. Most clients just yearn for someone to be a listening ear for them without passing judgment on them. My goal is to try to hear everyone out and try to help them the best that I can; I understand that everyone may not be open to therapy or help but I will try my best to help with case management, therapy, or any other resources that are applicable to you.
My Background and Approach
I am a therapist who has worked and interned with The Department of Family Services (DCFS). I have worked as a school social worker and as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in a private setting. I am able to assist my clientele with the knowledge and skillsets I gained from my master's degree from USC as well as my knowledge from the military. I have experience as a school social worker, working with children, youth, and families in counseling, trauma, and crisis setting. As a result of my experience as a school social worker and working with DCFS, I'm certified in suicide protocols, children's safety, and able to assist not only the child but the family as a whole.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone should be treated with respect, dignity, and equality. One should not be judged based on their beliefs or personal biases. One should not be judged on their identity or sexual preference. We are all equal. We all bleed red. We are all humans!
