My Background and Approach
You are over the temporary fixes and stuffing it down. That's where I come in. My own lived experience allows me to help you in a unique way. I am just a person, like you, striving to be a better version of myself today than I was yesterday--which, you'll learn, is what this whole life thing is about. I thrive on helping others do the same. By having a shared conversation, we will both put the work in to help you reach your goals. It's a little terrifying to make that first call--to take that first step--right? But ask yourself this (and be honest!): "Can I keep going like I am now? And if I do, what will that look like?" Change occurs when--despite the discomfort and not quite knowing how you'll get there--all you know is you can't keep doing what you're doing. So let's get started.
