My Background and Approach
For the past 20 years I have provided an eclectic approach to the individuals, families and couples I work with. I provide evidenced based treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Treatment. I work collaboratively with my clients to aide them in becoming the expert of their life and experiences. The relationship I have with my clients allows us to look into the areas of their lives they want to improve in order to live their most fulfilling life.
