My Background and Approach
Hi, my name is Christian, and I provide therapy for those seeking to understand themselves better in the present and the past. I help you learn to interpret your feelings and know what they are trying to tell you. I also guide you in conversation about your past experiences and lessons that influence and shape your patterns and choices today. Having clarity on where our feelings, fears, and trauma have rooted can help us dig those roots out and transform them into wisdom. I help you build a relationship with yourself that is loving, intentional, and consistent. My passion is helping others find their joy (and finding joy myself!). I love those deep, soul-soothing conversations you have with someone close to you, so I decided to make it my profession. I practice integrative interventions that consider client differences. Join me in meeting your inner child and teenager and befriending them. I have a master’s degree in Community and School Counseling from Wayne State University.
