About My Clients
I work with adults, teens, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, relationships, identity, and self-esteem. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients, first-generation college students, immigrants and children of immigrants, and people exploring relationships, sexuality, or kink. My ideal clients are ready to better understand themselves, challenge old patterns, and work toward meaningful change without shame, judgment, or guilt.
My Background and Approach
With over 13 years of psychotherapy experience, I provide caring guidance and authentic support with an energetic, empathetic, and genuinely curious approach. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space to unpack what you’re going through, better understand yourself and your emotions, and work toward meaningful goals. I use evidence-based approaches, including traditional talk therapy and somatic based therapy. If you want a therapist who avoids shaming, judging, or guilting you while bringing clinical expertise and honesty, we’ll probably be a good match. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self without having to edit, hide, or defend who you are. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming, socially conscious, and committed to creating a space where curiosity, compassion, and respect come first. I value authenticity, humor, personal growth, and social justice, and I believe our identities, relationships, communities, and experiences all shape how we move through the world. I support creating spaces where people—especially those who have felt judged, misunderstood, or marginalized—can feel seen, heard, and respected. I bring those values into my work while also being willing to challenge you when it can help you move toward the life you want.
