About My Clients
I work best with adults and young professionals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about the direction of their lives. Many of the clients I work with struggle with anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress, burnout, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or difficulty managing emotions. I also work closely with men who may have spent much of their lives feeling pressure to suppress emotions, stay constantly productive, or handle problems alone. My ideal clients are ofte
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with experience working with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, addiction, stress, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. My clinical work has included helping clients navigate both immediate concerns and deeper long-standing patterns that impact self-esteem, relationships, motivation, and overall quality of life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and coaching-oriented interventions that help clients move from insight into meaningful action. I focus on creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being honest about their struggles while also being challenged toward growth and accountability. I have a particular interest in working with men’s issues, including identity, confidence, emotional expression, career stress, relation
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely accepted, respected, and safe enough to be fully themselves without fear of judgment. I value authenticity, compassion, accountability, and personal growth, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients can openly explore difficult emotions, relationships, identity concerns, and life experiences at their own pace. I am passionate about helping individuals who may feel isolated, misunderstood, or emotionally overwhelmed, particularly those who have spent much of their lives trying to “push through” their struggles alone. I strongly believe that emotional vulnerability and self-awareness are strengths, not weaknesses, and that meaningful change often begins with learning how to better understand ourselves with honesty and self-compassion. My approach is inclusive and affirming of people from diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, lifestyles, and relationship dynamics. I aim to meet clients where they are while
